Thematic and Technical Advisory

Comprehensive advisory services related to full social inclusion and participation in decision-making of the following key priority groups:

Offering tailored solutions aimed at breaking down barriers and promoting equitable access to opportunities. Engagements can include reviewing current practices, advice on new initiatives, capacity-building workshops, and mentoring.

Design and implementation of evaluations, covering outputs, outcomes, and impact. Analysis using quantitative and qualitative indicators, synthesis of complex data sets, and reporting tailored to needs. 

Workshops

Development, facilitation, and documentation of workshops for groups. Specialising in approaches centred on inclusion and accessibility for people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. 

Grants and Funding

Development of compelling applications for funding and grants. Project design assistance to ensure alignment with funding purpose, organisational strategic direction and modern good practice.

Research

Research on complex social issues and synthesis of findings. Characterised by an ability work across academic, lived experience, regulatory, policy, and service delivery sources. Options for reporting formats across formal and Plain English.
